Return Policy

The quality of workmanship of LuvMyBridal.com gowns is very high. Gowns are custom made to your measurements and requirements, with your selection of colour and style. Therefore, the gowns are unique. You will be happy with the product and service you receive.
No one can accept the return of a custom made gown.

Backorder Policy

Backordering does not occur, as all orders are newly created.
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for orders to be completed.

Damaged Goods Policy

If dresses are damaged in transit, or if there are faults caused by the manufacturer, they can be returned to modify or remake.
You will need to notify us immediately if a problem occurs - within 48 hours of receipt. We will then make the necessary arrangements.
